With a trauma informed and culturally sensitive lens, I have addressed a wide range of issues and psychiatric disorders including women’s issues, LGBTQ issues, grief and loss, trauma, stress management, PTSD, depression and anxiety. I have helped numerous people navigate the challenges of daily living, freeing themselves from destructive patterns and negative beliefs.
