I believe that everyone benefits from a therapeutic relationship. Whether you are trying to navigate a new life change or wanting to take steps to find some relief, a therapeutic relationship can help. When we find ourselves confronted with symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief it can be difficult to navigate this alone. I believe that with a trusting, non-judgmental, and safe place you are better able to take the courageous steps to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I am committed to helping people get well, take control of their lives, and discover their greatest self because everyone deserves to be heard.
I am a trained EMDR therapist. My specialties are anxiety, depression, and first-responder mental health. I love the work I do because I get to be your advocate, help you feel safe, and find the hope and beauty in your world. You do not have to go at this alone and with some extra support, the unmanageable will start to feel manageable.
