My name is Laura Kinney. These are trying times. You deserve support; it's never been a better time to reach out. You CAN heal!

I work with mood disorders and trauma. I work frequently with survivors of trauma, people struggling with codependency, childhood emotional abuse/neglect, and/or narcissistic abuse.

I believe anxiety and depression (and emotions in general) are messengers, showing us where we have not yet come in contact with our authentic self, where we have trauma, where we have old wounds, and where our current day to day lives are out of balance.

Mine is an eclectic approach that involves examining early life and family patterns and how they lead to our current functioning. Healing from trauma. Going forward with courage. I believe we can prune the tree all we want, but I am more of a roots worker.
