I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Colorado. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, discord in relationships, and setting goals. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Person Centered Therapy.

I want you to know you are not broken, and you don’t need fixing; instead counseling can guide, teach, and revitalize your life. I take a direct, non-blaming, nonjudgemental approach to therapy. Your experience is unique, and you are the expert on your life.

I have a passion for counseling individuals through difficult times. I also believe our mental health is just as important as our physical health. My goal is to help you discover and learn a new belief system about yourself and to change problematic thinking styles or behavior patterns, so you can start feeling better.
