I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New Mexico. I have over 14 years’ experience in mental health as therapist working with a variety of individuals, children, families and couples from different backgrounds. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, self harming and impulsive behaviors, anxiety, history of trauma, and chronic conditions.
