Hello my name is Laura, I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, Christian Counselor, Therapist Licensing Supervisor and Psychology instructor. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary at Cornerstone University in 2013. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan. I’ve been providing therapy to individuals and families for over 8 years. I provide an engaging and non-judgmental environment, with a focus on reality, healing, change, and purpose. I use a blend of evidenced based strategies to help people overcome mental and emotional obstacles that are blocking goals. My approach to therapy is supportive, direct, educational, and encouraging. In my free time, I enjoy acrylic painting, aromatherapy, running, and traveling.
