I get it. It's becoming harder and harder to keep it all together - the kids, the home, your job. You often swing between feeling like a bundle of nerves and shut off and shut down. You snap at your kids, feel frustrated with your partner, and seem to have lost yourself somewhere along the way. Hi. I'm Laura, a licensed clinical social worker. I help moms by providing a space in their week when they can re-connect to themselves, re-group, and evaluate what is working and what is holding them back from the life they want to lead. I offer insights and practical strategies that can help you feel more confident as a parent, more effective at communicating your needs, and better able to regulate your thoughts, feelings and nervous system. As a Christian, I am able to integrate faith-based practices such as prayer, Scripture and biblical principles into sessions with clients who are interested in faith-based treatment. I love helping women better understand God's heart for them.
