I am a licensed clinical counselor who specializes in health and sports psychology. I have been practicing for over 5 years and have experience treating a diverse population, including adults, teens, and families. I have a holistic approach - my goal is to help you mentally and physically feel like the best version of yourself. My experience includes treating anxiety and depression disorders, eating disorders, sleep disorders, trouble with motivation and goal-setting, as well as a variety of other concerns clients may have. I also have experience helping clients with nutrition and exercise habits that can improve their mental health.

My counseling style combines science with cognitive behavioral therapy. I'll always explain the purpose behind my techniques and how they will help you improve physically and mentally - if you know why you're doing something - you are more likely to want to do it! I work together with my clients to set goals they know they can meet and I involve my clients in their treatment, meaning a client will always be able to contribute their feelings and thoughts when picking goals or engaging in homework. I'll work with you to help you become to best version of yourself.
