I have been working in the field for over 5 years. I will work with you to find an approach that feels right; it is important that you feel like you are getting what you need out of sessions and I want to be able to help create a plan that works for you. I am not a therapist who will just sit back and not engage; I will challenge when appropriate as well as support and validate. I can help you take the steps to start healing wounds and creating healthier patterns and behaviors.
I am currently certified in Brainspotting which is a focused mindfulness practice that helps target trauma as well other stuck points. I am also trained in EMDR. I have extensive experience working with addiction, trauma codependency, anxiety, depression, family systems & other mental health issues.
