Hi there, I'm Laura, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Have you been frustrated in searching for a therapist among hundreds of generic profiles? Are you looking for a space where you can be your authentic self? I believe the strength of the therapeutic relationship between a provider and client is just as important as the interventions utilized in treatment. I prefer to foster a collaborative relationship with clients and support them in feeling empowered to take an active role in their treatment planning. I strive to provide a culturally-sensitive and person-centered space for my clients. I encourage all of my clients to participate in sessions in a way where they feel most comfortable and true to themselves. I currently see only adults for individual psychotherapy services for anxiety, depression, and stressful life transitions. I graduated from Brandman University with a Master’s degree in Psychology, with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy/ Professional Clinical Counseling. In my spare time, I enjoy collecting vinyl records, attending concerts, horror movies, houseplants, and spending time with my friends & family.
