Hola! Hello! My name is Laura! I am a first generation daughter of immigrants. I grew up in beautiful Mexico but the need for a better future had my family leave the country and family behind. I know first hand how hard it can be to feel connected to yourself and navigate difficult experiences in life. I also know how difficult reaching out for help can be, especially in the Latinx community. I love to integrate mindfulness, music and humor to help you reconnect with your authentic self and help you realize your strengths and qualities. If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, we can do therapy in Spanglish! My goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for you, I will do what I can to ensure this.
