My name is Laura Kang, LMFT and I have been working with teens, women and couples for over 17 years. I love to help people with adjusting to life transitions, relationships issues and overall emotional dysregulation due to stress and anxiety in their lives. My approach My approach is non judgmental, empathic and collaborative. I love to work with clients on what they are are needing, helping them set achievable goals, give them space to process and a safe place to explore their emotions, while at the same time, helping give them practical coping strategies for managing challenging emotions and circumstances. My focus I typically work with teens, women and men in their 20's-40's struggling with anxiety and relationship issues, and I love to work with couples to help them find connection and healing from past woulds in their relationship. My communication style I hope for my clients to feel comfortable in session, in a safe and confidential environment. I aim to be down to earth and compassionate, working alongside you. My goals for you Goals are set by the client but we collaborate on them together in session.
