About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor South Carolina for nearly 5 years. I have experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, life stressors/changes, parenting conflict and self-esteem. My experiences includes working with children and adults. Throughout my career I have helped people overcome daily stressors to major traumatic events. Helping someone gain confidence in who they are brings me great joy. Learning how to cope with life is a lifelong journey that I look forward to being apart of a support system during those changes and our time working together.

My counseling style tends to be person centered through my warm regard and responsiveness to you. As your counselor, we will work together to learn skills through cognitive behavioral theory, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy to help meet you needs.
