I am licensed in Florida with 20 years of professional work experience working with individuals at various stages of life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, managing family conflicts, parenting issues, & anger management/developing calming strategies. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
