Congratulations! By getting this far, you’ve taken your first step towards making improvements and feeling better, and that first step can be scary and difficult, so I’m happy for you.

I am a clinical social worker and certified cognitive behavioral therapist with over 6 years of therapeutic experience. I've worked with teenagers through senior citizens on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, and life changes.

My counseling style is collaborative and caring. I want to work with you to help you accomplish any goals that have brought you to seek assistance. I treat everyone with respect, compassion, and empathy. I am a strengths-based clinician and I primarily use a cognitive behavioral approach with some DBT sprinkled in. Together we will identify what has brought you to seek help, what your specific goals are, and how we are going to reach those goals.
