About

It is okay to need help with life and being there for you is what I desire to do. Our therapeutic relationship will be one of a collaboration and partnership where you and I will work together to overcome obstacles and create the meaningful life you seek. Sometimes life becomes tangled, confusing and difficult to navigate and we find ourselves on a path or at a destination that was not our goal. It’s okay to need help and I am here to assist you in making sense of it all. I have a passion for helping individuals set attainable goals, change negative thinking patterns and live life complete, happy and content. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, stress, grief/loss in addition to challenges women face. You need a listening ear, understanding, and a steering partner...that’s where I can help you. My counseling style is warm and approachable and I believe in compassion, care and the utmost confidentiality. My counseling approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), however, I will tailor my approach to meet the need of the client that is before me.

If you are ready to take the next step I am here for you!
