About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience through various roles. I am a mother to 4 amazing children and have been married for over 21 years. I hold a Masters Degree from Barry University as well as a degree in business. Much of my work has been with mental health, adoption and addiction. I was quite fortunate to have trained with some incredible individuals and treatment centers. I maintained a private practice with a well respected psychiatrist for many years as well as to start a women’s program which I ran for over a decade. I provided individual, group and family work. I have supported individuals in working through issues such as depression, anxiety, intimacy issues, family of origin issues, addiction and over all human struggles.
My life experiences of running businesses, traveling extensively, raising children, marriage direct clinical work and extensive training helps me stay open with my clients. I am clear that my role is to help individuals remove blocks that are getting in the way of experiencing life to the fullest or how ever they choose to experience life. I believe in the innate ability for all humans to heal should they choose to do so.
