Hi, my name is Laura Coleman, a licensed marriage and family therapist in Wisconsin. I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade and am passionate about helping people feel fulfilled and confident and their lives and relationships. I offer my clients a holistic approach with honesty and a laid back style. I value your experiences, thoughts and opinions, always focused on getting to know you, as you are the expert in your own life. Together, we will explore you, where you are getting stuck, and find solutions that help you live a daily life with less stress and frustration. You deserve to feel good in your life.

Using a systems model, we can examine every facet of your life, not just the “problem;" this allows us to identify patterns and themes where you may be getting stuck and then make changes to fit your goals. We’ll work through all of this together at a pace that’s comfortable for you. I have worked in group treatment centers, schools, family homes, assisted living residences, and private practice, providing mental health care to children, teens, and adults. I place strong importance in meeting you where you are, and then moving up together from there.

​Currently, I help people most who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationship concerns. I am interested in how your mental health and wellbeing impacts your relationships, and vice versa. I believe this connection is stronger than we tend to give it credit for! Making changes in these areas can really improve your overall sense of contentment in your life. I hope to help you find that.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, along with hiking, kayaking, and baking sweet treats!
