About

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Masters in Counseling and a Masters of Divinity both from Campbell University. I have 10 years of experience and have worked with various clients and families needing help with anxiety, stress, eating disorders, end-of-life concerns, grief and loss as well as spiritual issues, trauma and adjustment issues.

I use various theories for an integrated therapeutic approach including: Adlerian, integrative theory, person-centered therapy, solution-focused, cognitive-behavior therapy and family systems theory. No one person is alike and so I approach each person and situation differently by finding what works best for the individual.

I enjoy helping others find their way as they discover how to live in a way that is fruitful and fulfilling!
