It takes courage to seek change and to ask for help and you’ve already started taking steps on this path.

My intention is to help you recognize your strengths, resilience, skills and resources during this challenging time. For over fifteen years, I have worked with diverse populations including: children, adults, individuals & families addressing various mental health conditions, grief, loss, low self-image, major life events & transitions.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non judgemental environment to process and heal your pain as well as learn healthy ways to cope with life challenges. Let me support and assist you in recognizing your own resilience, discovering your strengths, and using your voice to allow more joy in your life and build a better quality of life.
