Hi, my name is Laura Scoco. I am a LICSW in the state of Massachusetts. I graduated from Salem State College and began working with teens and parents in a specialty school setting. I have experience working as a counselor in the health care field and well as working in the state's child welfare system. I have worked with both families and individuals who are faced with major life changes and explored how past traumas impact future decisions.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life. Building a good therapeutic rapport is essential to the therapeutic process. I am a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy and that it may take a few attempts to find a therapist that works for you and your personality.
