While working as a professional counselor for the past seven years, I have had the privilege of meeting and working with so many people with a wide spectrum of struggles. I believe in treating people with compassion and respect. I believe in the therapeutic process and how truly transformative it can be. I feel genuinely honored to learn people’s stories and to find ways to investigate, validate, and challenge their thoughts, feelings, and perspectives.

My approach to therapy is to treat every individual in an individual way. I have a history of working with people with substance use disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and everything in between. My goal is to get to know you and understand where you want to be in life and help you understand the barriers that are keeping you from getting there. I have unwavering optimism that you can find hope, understanding, and peace.
