I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. I have 9 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, parenting issues, relationship issues, stress management, and life changes.

I feel that healing begins with a strong foundation, so I am very relationship-oriented. I like to meet clients where they are and work towards a common goal. My style is eclectic, and I strive to individualize treatment for each client. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices. I am committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for all.
