Have you ever felt alone in this huge world? Feeling like you are the only one going through your situation and no one else will understand. I’ve been there, and know all about it! Depression, anxiety, anger, and frustration feelings creep in, and before you know it, the feelings have begun to take over. At some point, you get to the place where you say “I can’t take this anymore, I need support from someone!” You don’t have to walk through the process alone. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have 10+ years of counseling experience. I offer a very compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental environment within the therapeutic experience. My desire to help people see that their future can be better than their past.
