I have dedicated years to working with adults navigating life stressors/transitions, mental health, addiction, and a variety of other concerns. I provide an atmosphere that cultivates one’s growth and awareness and, most importantly, the ability to heal. I utilize an integrative approach and have a specialization in EMDR and providing trauma-informed care. In my 10+ years of being in this field, it has provided me with many perceptions of the world, and that insight helps me connect with my clients while helping them understand themselves in a way that makes sense. The various trainings I've attended have prepared me to help my clients in multiple ways. My eclectic style captures a vibrant, warm hearted, and affirming individual who wants nothing more but to help others determine their destiny/fulfillment of life and be satisficed.
