When life is coming at you hard it is forcing you to free yourself from the familiar and face your brand-new life which may seem scary. That is where I come in. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I provide assistance and real-life practical tools for issues that affect daily life management and help motivate individuals and couples to reach their full potential. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidenced-based practices we can learn to change the way we think, which changes the way we feel, which in turn changes the way we view and handle tough situations.

As a therapist, I am very straightforward. I will get in the trenches with you helping you confront the tough issues while encouraging you to move forward in the process. I would love to help you make lasting changes to get the desired results in your life and relationships. Oh, unfortunately, one of my children broke my magic wand so you will have to do the work.
