I am licensed in Rhode Island with 5 years of Social Work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, LGBTQ+, teens, challenging family dynamics, single parents, and folks transitioning through divorce.

My therapy style is interactive. I offer great compassion and support to all my clients. The pace of our therapy session is based on the YOU and your needs.
