I am a professional counselor (LPC) licensed in Louisiana. I have worked with clients with a wide range of clients (children, adolescents, adults, and families) over the last 9 years. I have vast experience with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, emotional concerns, anger management, substance abuse, and social skills. I also have experience with more acute mental disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

My counseling approach is integrative. Predominantly; I utilize client-centered with a combination of solution-focused therapy, reality therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I will tailor the techniques to the client's unique needs. I will focus on your strengths, abilities and skills to aid in the achievement of your goals.
