I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Idaho with over 10 years of experience working as an individual and family counselor. I have extensive experience working with a broad range of clients in many settings including psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment and private practice. I am quiet effective assisting people in healing from trauma, adverse childhood experiences, relational problems and additional mood and anxiety concerns. Empowerment and enhanced self-efficacy are key goals I strive to help my clients with.

My counseling approach is integrative and holistic. I utilize a few modalities based on humanistic, gestalt and attachment theories which I support with cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral and mindfulness based techniques.
