Hi, I'm Laticia Rodriguez (She/Her) and I am a License Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California working with clients statewide via Telehealth. If you're feeling stuck in a negative cycle with anxiety, depression, trauma responses, ADHD, or even within your relationship, I'm here to help you experience the change, relief, and lightness you're looking for. I'm a therapist with a passion for change work that makes a real difference in the lives of individuals (adolescents through adults), families, and couples that I see. My approach I've worked with many people who were struggling with difficult conditions which they have learned to overcome with the help of proven therapies. I use a cultural humility-driven approach to individualize therapy sessions to meet the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help me and the client build a shared understanding of their reality, and allow us to work together to create change and relief. My focus I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for adolescence through adults who may be dealing with challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or even just difficult transitions in life. I work to help my clients navigate these difficult periods and to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life. My communication style My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.
