Hello, I am Latecia Oaks I am a licensed Master of Social Work providing psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based therapy to clients in need. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University and my master's in Advance Clinical Practice Social Work from Walden University. I am a passionate, nonjudgmental, empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through grief, stress, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, trauma, abuse, career challenges and emotional disturbances. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers.
