I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD and career challenges. My therapy style is warm, interactive and I occasionally use humor. I believe in treating people with respect, and compassion. My approach is humanistic, but I also use evidence based therapies such as CPT and PE.
