Hi! My name is LaTasha "Tasha" Thomas and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my profile and potentially sharing a piece of your story with me. I'd also like to acknowledge your courage as I understand how difficult the decision to start counseling can be. Kudos to you!

During my time in the field I have worked in an afterschool program, multiple inpatient drug and alcohol facitlies, and in private practice. Each of these settings have equipped me with a unique set of skills that affords me the ability to work with a varied client base.

My approach to counseling is based on honesty and transperancey. I believe that our relationship can model one of a healthy nature where you can learn to be your authentic self and ultimately feel empowered to walk in your truth in all other relationships and interactions.

I also believe in the mind/body connection, and as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I can incorporate breath and movement into your sessions if you would like.
