Seeking support is a sign of strength. I consider it an honor to support others on their mental wellness journey.

I am a licensed independent social worker from the Heart of Dixie aka Alabama. I have been in the helping profession for the last fourteen years, been a licensed social worker for almost thirteen years and a licensed independent clinical social worker for almost eight years. I am a graduate of the University of Alabama. I have worked in-home settings, in residential settings and most recently, in inpatient psychiatry. My favorite therapy approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. During our very first session, we will get a clear understanding of what brought you to therapy and develop a goal or goals for your therapy process. It might take a few sessions to get clear and that’s ok too! I do believe that each individual is an expert on their situation. And, I thank you for the opportunity to support you during your therapy process.
