Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan for over 15 years, and am also a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have worked with a diverse range of clients. My experience includes working with adults dealing with depression and anxiety, self-esteem and motivation issues, family concerns, relationship problems, and life changes such as financial difficulties, school/work adjustment, and medical concerns. My therapy style tends to be laidback, genuine, and nonjudgmental, with a touch of sense of humor when appropriate, of course. My goal as a therapist is to encourage you, help push you forward in a positive direction, and allow you to be yourself, talk about your thoughts and experiences as openly as you want, I'll let you know if I think it's way too offensive. If you only want therapy to vent your concerns and not necessarily get new ideas, I'll be here to listen. With your assistance, we will develop a treatment plan with your goals to help meet your needs. I work around what fits your needs and do offer suggestions that may help, and you can decide if they will work for you. It takes strength to decide you need some guidance to improve your life, and hopefully I can be the one to assist you. I am here to support you and I look forward to working with you!

My schedule is Monday 9am with the last session at 6:30pm, Tues and Thurs start at 8am, last session at 6:30pm. I am not available Wednesdays, Fridays or weekends.

I check messages throughout the day Monday-Friday and respond within 24 hours. If it is the weekend, I may respond by Monday as I may be tending to other responsibilities. I am available for video chat, phone/voice chat, or live chat messaging.
