Latania obtained her master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. After graduating from Loyola, Latania worked as a school social worker for 5 years in a public charter high school. Once she obtained her LCSW license in 2018, Latania entered private practice. Latania first worked under two other practices before opening her own practice called The Self Inside in June 2020.
Latania’s main goal as a therapist is to help her clients reach their highest potential and heal from intergenerational trauma so they can live the life they desire.
