I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker- Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with over seven years of experience working with families and individuals across the lifespan. I worked in several settings including homes, hospitals, community-based settings, telehealth, residential, assistant living and skilled nursing facilities.

I strive to ensure therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to work through challenges. My goal is to empower, encourage, support, and assist with the development of self-awareness and coping skills that will that help you face challenges independently.
