About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Oklahoma with over 12 years of experience working with youth, adults and families in the field of Behavioral and Mental Health. Throughout my tenure as a therapist I've had the esteemed pleasure of assisting people with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma and substance abuse. I have also helped people who've dealt with low self esteem, parenting, anger management and relationship issues.

My couseling style is a holistic approach that focuses on improving the mind, body and spirit of each individual I encounter. I provide compassion, understanding and uncondtional positive regard as well as the utmost respect to those I work with. Some of the treatment models in used in my practice are cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, acceptance committment therapy and behavior therapy. I am commited to developing a treatment plan with you that fits your individual needs.
