As a master-level mental health therapist and a nationally certified substance use counselor, I treat people in a variety of ways using various techniques. I focus on assisting consumers with goal-setting to help them realize their dreams and make positive lifestyle changes that benefit their overall health and well-being. By educating and guiding consumers to understand their motivations, thoughts and emotions they can learn how to recover from trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, damaged relationships and many other factors contributing to their symptoms. Individuals can learn how to live with and manage their symptoms with assistance. I have worked with youth ages 13 to 17 as well as adults and the geriatric population. Different situations happen at different times in our lives and I am here to help. I have been in the health field for over 15 years and enjoy providing skills for individuals to positively and effectively maneuver through life and the situations that life brings us.
