About
My hope is that you will find a safe and comfortable environment where you are able to be open, face your fears, and achieve your personal goals with support towards better health and wellness. In 2017, I graduated from Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I understand clients come into therapy for many reasons, I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem, stress, relationships, anger management, communications skills, and behavioral intervention. Also, I offer a non-traditional therapy experience. I offer fishing therapy. I understand that therapy might be challenging and some enjoy experimental therapy which would allow them to be engaged while in nature. So what does fishing therapy look like? Fish therapy is provided along with US Coast Guard licensed captain by boat. This therapy is catch and release only. During that experience, you will be engaged in therapy while fishing. Therapy approaches will be discussed during initial session to ensure fishing therapy is a good fit for you.
