Hello ! My name is Lashannon. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 5 years of experience of providing therapy. I have worked with clients that experienced depression, anxiety, stress, life changing events, grief /loss, anger management and career problems. I have also worked with individuals that have experience some type of trauma.
My therapy style is meeting the client where they are, while providing a safe and respectful nonjudgmental environment. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focus therapy, person centered therapy. I will design your treatment plan to fit your need.
