Asking for help or support can be scary. Making that step to get therapy takes a great deal of strength. Therapy gives people the opportunity to develop effective and healthy responses to life's stressors. I work to create a safe holding environment to allow you to feel comfortable being yourself. I work with clients to help them develop awareness of their behaviors, thoughts, patterns, and feelings. I have worked in inpatient addiction treatment centers, inpatient trauma centers, and have done family-based therapy. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship stress, ADHD, identity exploration, self-esteem, and grief. We will work at your pace.
