Have you struggled with telling yourself time after time that this will be the last time you engage in specific behaviors so you can get unstuck? I can help. I aim to give you the opportunity towards the life you strive to achieve and aim to foster the resilience needed to attain these goals. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image, perfectionism, identity development, stress management, and interpersonal issues.
