I am a bilingual, bicultural, Latinx Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who has dedicated her practice to working with women and men centering wholeness with an intersectional approach to understanding what led you here: the Who, What, Where, When, and How. In the session, you will experience authenticity, empathy, and humor as I bring a humanistic approach to each session. My therapeutic approach is an integrative practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy complemented through mindfulness and spiritual practice techniques acquired from learning experiences, indigenous healers, and life experiences. I use my cultural and spiritual insight, as well as my lifetime experiences, to hold up the mirror to change their story. I think the strongest part of my work is that I am authentic in how I show up; I approach my work with a realness that reaches the clients I serve. I am responsive to individuals who emerge from these spaces, and as they see themselves validated.
