I am therapist licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia (DMV) with over 12 years of experience working as a mental health therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, isolation, and self-doubt. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is supportive and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I know the first step on your journey to wellness maybe challenging - no worries! This is a safe space. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths perspective and solution focused therapy.
