I will work collaboratively and compassionately tailored to the unique strengths, struggles, and experiences of my clients. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults that may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, adhd. The treatment modality I focus on using a person centered approach, CBT, Solution Focused. Together we will talk about what your facing and I will assist you in reaching your goals. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe place where your comfortable so, that we can collaboratively face your challenges.
