I am very interested in helping others develop a healthier, happier and more rounded life. I take time to understand the underlying issues behind a problem, and recognize that sometimes there are no easy solutions to difficulties. We will work together to find steps to make your life better. I have a special interest in helping those who feel chronically unhappy with their relationships, especially if it's linked to a history of abuse, neglect or family substance addiction or alcoholism. I've also specialized in helping others obtain a better relationship with food, eating, weight and body image.
