About
Since my earliest years, I have always had a passion for helping people solve their problems. By my mid-twenties, I had completed my Master’s and was licensed three years later. Since then, my concern for helping people struggling with emotional distress has directed my practical learning skills (EMDR, EFT, hypnosis, and more) to intervene in a client-focused manner on their concerns. Training to alleviate the impact of depression and anxiety, addictions and addictive behaviors, mood problems, trauma, and its enduring effects has created a skill set that offers relief of distress and helps individuals become their most authentic selves. Counseling for positive results with respect for the client’s beliefs is my calling and my deepest aspiration.
