I have been licensed in the State of Connecticut as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for approximately five (5) years. I pride myself in being attentive to the needs of others struggling with depression, anxiety, and other life challenges that may be of concern. My goal is to build a trusting and authentic connection with anyone needing my help.
We all deserve to be treated with dignity; I offer encouragement, empathy, and genuineness in a non-judgmental space. If you are feeling weighed down, or in need of support adjusting to life challenges, then I am here to help. We can work through these challenges together while learning and growing in the process. By working collaboratively, we will hopefully be able to build trust and cultivate emotional growth.
We are all unique individuals; each with our own story to tell. Although my main approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I realize that no two people are the same; therefore each process is adapted to meet individual needs. Life's a journey and at some point, we all need guidance; let's take this journey together.
