She has experience working with anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, adjustments, grief/loss, mental health, PTSD, anger issues, and depression. She believes that the family unit and a strong support system are very beneficial in helping clients meet their goals. She takes a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help clients identify and achieve their goals. Her goal is to show the love of Jesus to all those that are struggling and hurting by being kind, compassionate, and equipping them with the tools they need.
